Are you passionate about food innovation and bringing new products to market? I'm partnered with a fantastic business, working on some really cool on-trend products, who are looking for a motivated NPD Technologist to join a fast-paced food manufacturing business developing exciting ambient products from concept through to launch.
This hands-on role involves:
- Recipe development
- Kitchen and factory trials
- Product specifications
- Artwork checks
- Supporting projects through the full development cycle
You’ll work closely with multiple departments to ensure products are safe, high quality and commercially successful.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Food Science qualification or experience within FMCG/food manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A creative mindset
