The Opportunity
You’ll advise on a broad mix of corporate and commercial work, supporting entrepreneurs, directors and business owners with practical, strategic legal advice and a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Share and business sales and acquisitions
- Commercial contracts
- Shareholder agreements
- Joint ventures
- Restructures and wider company law issues
About You (Requirements)
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 4+ years’ PQE with strong, current UK corporate and/or commercial experience
- Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiation (contracts and transaction documents)
- Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in how businesses operate
- Confident advising clients directly and managing matters with minimal supervision
- Self‑motivated, well‑organised, proactive, and collaborative
Location & Working Arrangement
Harrow area (North West London). Working arrangement to be confirmed, with flexibility available where appropriate.
