Location: Harrogate / Hybrid (3-4 days a week office based)

Are you an experienced Mortgage Administrator keen to support a small team of experienced HNW Mortgage Brokers? We have a great opening to join a fast-paced team where you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth client journey through the mortgage process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage mortgage cases from application to completion
  • Prepare and submit applications to lenders
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors & valuers
  • Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date
  • Handle case progression, payments & completion checks

Experience required:

  • Minimum 18 months experience in an independent mortgage administration role.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of mortgage processes – experience of multiple lenders etc
