We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Hard Services Project Coordinator to support the delivery of engineering projects within a fast‑paced facilities environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a technical setting, enjoys working with detail, and can confidently manage multiple supplier inputs while supporting high‑quality project delivery. This is a temporary position on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the coordination of hard services/engineering projects across multiple sites
  • Sourcing, reviewing, and challenging complex supplier quotations
  • Tracking, managing, and consolidating multiple supplier submissions
  • Producing clear, structured reports for internal teams and clients
  • Identifying risks and proactively escalating with well‑informed recommendations
  • Driving consistency across processes, documentation, and reporting
