We are hiring on behalf of our clients, who include commercial contractors, property management companies, and residential builders. Because the day-to-day tasks can vary heavily from job to job, we are looking for versatile, multi-skilled Handymen who can adapt to a wide range of maintenance, repair, and finishing duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general maintenance, multi-trade repairs, and basic installations across commercial or residential properties.
  • Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting/decorating, and tiling tasks as required by the specific site.
  • Handle snagging lists, defect rectifications, and final touch-ups to ensure a high-quality finish before project handover.
  • Safely utilise a variety of hand and power tools to complete diverse maintenance requests.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and adhere strictly to site health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or Multi-Trader.
  • CSCS Card (skilled worker is preferable).
  • A broad, multi-skilled trade background with strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Possession of your own comprehensive set of hand/power tools and full standard site PPE.
  • A full UK driving licence and your own transport are highly advantageous, as roles often require travelling between different sites.
  • Health & Safety: A full and thorough understanding of on-site health and safety regulations, including safe tool handling, risk awareness, and proper use of PPE.
