What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Providing professional rural property advice to a wide range of clients
  • Undertaking property inspections and preparing RICS‑compliant valuation reports
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters including agricultural tenancies and licences
  • Supporting clients with environmental stewardship schemes, utilities and compulsory purchase claims
  • Managing and advising on rural estates and opportunities to maximise property income
  • Building client relationships, networking and generating new business opportunities

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience)

  • MRICS qualified, ideally with FAAV qualification
  • Previous experience within rural surveying or rural professional services
  • Strong knowledge of farming, agriculture and the rural sector
  • Ability to win instructions and generate new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Permanent right to work in the UK
