Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation, children matters, and domestic abuse cases
- Advise and support clients with empathy and professionalism
- Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Represent clients in negotiations and, where appropriate, at court
- Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, and external professionals
- Keep up to date with changes in family law and best practice
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
- 3–6 years’ PQE as a Family Solicitor
- UK private practice experience
- Strong technical knowledge of family law, including divorce, finances, and children matters
- Excellent client care, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
- Competitive salary: £45,000–£55,000 DOE
