Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a 12‑month maternity cover in the travel sector.

You will lead charter and incentive sales across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and select international markets, identifying opportunities and growing the charter portfolio.

You will negotiate profitable charter agreements, build long‑term partnerships with corporate, MICE and luxury travel clients, and represent the brand at events.

Up to 50% international travel is required.
