This is a broad, hands‑on role covering propco reporting across multiple investments, as well as involvement in the group holding‑company finances. • Ownership of Yardi, including onboarding new mandates and ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Project and investment accounting support as required.
  • Preparation of annual statutory accounts across group entities.
  • Support on wider corporate finance matters, including VAT, corporation tax, audit and treasury.
  • Ongoing improvement of financial controls, systems and processes to support growth.

Application Requirements:

  • Qualified accounting qualification, is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
  • Prior experience in a financial or fund reporting role.
  • Experience of working within a similar real estate investment group.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and global environment.
  • Strategic mindset with strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making capability.

What’s on Offer:

  • ÂŁ70,000–£80,000 base salary.
  • Annual bonus plan.
  • 25 days’ annual leave.
  • Employer pension contribution.
