We are seeking a motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to support and drive property rentals in the Farnham, Surrey area. The role is ideal for a driven lettings professional ready to lead and develop an engaging career in a fast-paced friendly environment.
As Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in driving lettings performance, managing client relationships, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy lettings local office.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Assist in managing the lettings process from instruction to move-in
- Carry out property viewings and negotiate tenancy terms
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

- ARLA qualification (or working towards) desirable
