The Opportunity:
- As a Family Law Senior Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in launching and developing the London office.
- You’ll manage a varied caseload of complex family law matters, build relationships with high‑calibre clients, and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice.
- This is an ideal role for a driven lawyer seeking autonomy, visibility, and the chance to shape a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes.
- Advise and represent clients in complex and high-net-worth cases.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members to support their development.
- Contribute to business development and the growth of the London office.
- Build strong client relationships and uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless client service.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 5 years’ PQE in family law.
- Significant experience managing complex family law cases, including financial remedy and children matters.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK family law and relevant procedures.
- Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers.
- Track record of business development and building client relationships.
- Ambitious, proactive, and commercially minded.
