My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand that has been established for many years in the Wigston area. They are currently looking for a tenacious and ambitious sales individual who is driven to succeed and can demonstrate experience within a sales environment or within the property sales market. You must have a natural flair for negotiation and demonstrate exceptional influencing skills. Full training will be provided. This is an amazing opportunity to learn and progress your career within a market leading estate agent.

As a successful Sales / Lettings Negotiator, you will deal with all aspects of property sales and lettings, handling enquiries, arranging and carrying out viewings.

Skills Required for the Junior Sales / Lettings Role:

  • Ability to build a rapport with ease
