Purpose of Role
We are currently working with a leading global broker who, due to expansion, are recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler. This role will suit an individual who is looking to learn/develop within their career. This individual must have experience dealing with commercial policies, but our client will consider individuals from a Motor background.
Responsibilities
- Undertake sales activities ensuring delivery of sales and marketing targets
- Responsible for the management and development of new and existing accounts
- Working under minimal supervision and be responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets
- Identify and deliver appropriate marketing campaigns
- Actively engage and support wider portfolio of clients
Day-to-Day
- Role will be all commercial account handling
- Opportunity to deal with existing clientele
- Take ownership of problems and their resolution, seeking assistance where necessary
- Deal with renewals, MTAs, and new business enquiries
- Hybrid working
- Onsite training and support towards qualification
Experience
- Knowledge of sales processes within relevant market
- Experience dealing with commercial policies (Motor background will be considered)
