As part of a prestigious and expanding group celebrated for its farm-to-fork philosophy, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of their dedicated team of 16.

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager:
- Assisting and supporting the General Manager with all restaurant operations

- Helping the General Manager resolve any guest complaints and implement the restaurant’s service recovery process
- Providing outstanding training and development for the front‑of‑house team
