Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Core Commercial Property Matters
    • Commercial acquisitions and disposals
    • Development projects and agreements
    • Landlord and tenant work (leases, renewals, licences)
    • Asset management and large-scale portfolio work
    • Property finance including banking and loan documentation
    • Business and asset sales/purchases
    • Insolvency and restructuring transactions
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
    • Supporting corporate transactions
    • Advising on general commercial property elements
    • Working closely with other teams to provide integrated client solutions

Your Clients

You will build long-term relationships with a varied and high-quality client base, including:

  • SMEs and owner-managed businesses
  • Property investors and developers
  • Lending institutions and banks
  • Housing associations
  • High-net-worth individuals

Requirements

Essential

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
  • Strong UK private practice experience
  • Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Solid background in transactional commercial property work
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
