Pivotal People is recruiting a Deputy Supported Housing Manager for a respected charity providing 24/7 supported accommodation for young people at risk of homelessness in the Eastbourne area. You’ll help young people feel safe, understood, and supported as they build towards independent living.
Working alongside the Supported Housing Manager across sites in Eastbourne and Hailsham, you’ll use trauma-informed approaches to support residents in developing life skills and working towards independent futures.
A hands-on Deputy Supported Housing Manager who leads by example and builds a positive team culture.
- Salary: £33,550 per annum
- Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, one late shift per week, one weekend shift per month, plus on-call
