A respected independent property management company in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Block Manager to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of residential developments while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential blocks and developments across East Sussex.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance works, and contractor performance.
- Handling Section 20 consultations and overseeing major works projects.
- Managing insurance claims, lease compliance, and property inspections.
- Organising and attending AGMs, resident meetings, and management committee meetings.
- Building positive relationships with leaseholders, residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Previous Block Management experience is essential.
- AIRPM, ARLA, RICS, or other relevant property qualification would be advantageous.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and telephone manner.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work.
- Good understanding of relevant property legislation and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
