We are working with a highly reputable and well-known facilities management contractor who provides all-round building maintenance services to clients throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Plumber.
Role:
- You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of plumbing maintenance works to a retail outlet chain throughout the region.
- Role will include all elements of plumbing PPM and reactive maintenance works, installation, alterations, etc., as well as some general building maintenance repairs.
- You will be working mobile throughout the area.
- Providing excellent customer service when on site.
To be considered for our Multi Skilled Plumber role:
- You will be experienced in plumbing NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing (or equivalent).
- CSCS; Experience of undertaking plumbing/drainage works and PAT testing.
- SPA, IPAF & PASMA.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- You will have worked on commercial sites.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
Package:
- Base salary £39,144 inclusive of callout.
- Vehicle and travel paid door to door.
- Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.
- Callout 1 in 4.
- Annual leave plus.
