Prepare Questions

Have a list of thoughtful questions ready to ask at the end of the interview. Inquire about the agency's growth plans, training opportunities, or how they support their negotiators in building relationships with landlords. This shows your enthusiasm for the role and helps you assess if it's the right fit for you.
