We are seeking an experienced and capable Senior Block Manager to oversee a substantial property portfolio in the Dorking area. This senior-level position offers responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to lead a small property management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of a sizeable residential block portfolio
  • Lead, support and motivate a small property management team
  • Manage all aspects of Section 20 consultation processes
  • Prepare service charge budgets and monitor expenditure
  • Liaise with leaseholders, freeholders, contractors and clients
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and company procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in residential block property management
  • Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and Section 20 procedures
  • Previous experience supervising or managing staff
  • Excellent organisational and workload management skills
  • Strong communication and client relationship-building abilities
  • Professional, proactive and solution-focused approach
  • ATPI, AIRPM, MIRPM or RICS qualification would be advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
