Key Responsibilities
- Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors effectively
- Progress agreed sales through to successful completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Support the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within residential property sales essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, articulate and customer-service focused approach
- Smart and professional presentation and manner
- Ambitious, motivated and target-driven attitude
- Knowledge of Dorking and surrounding areas desirable
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Genuine interest in property with a professional approach
