What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy offers
  • Generating landlord leads and securing new instructions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Progressing tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in
  • Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures

  • Previous experience within Residential Lettings essential
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience generating business and winning instructions
  • Confident carrying out market appraisals at Senior level

  • Knowledge of the Dorking and Surrey market advantageous
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential and own vehicle preferred
