What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy offers
- Generating landlord leads and securing new instructions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Progressing tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures

- Previous experience within Residential Lettings essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience generating business and winning instructions
- Confident carrying out market appraisals at Senior level
- Good understanding of lettings legislation and processes
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of the Dorking and Surrey market advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence essential and own vehicle preferred
