Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures, fingersticks, and specimen collection procedures with precision, following established protocols.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of all collected specimens to maintain sample integrity.
- Provide calm and professional care during interactions with patients of all ages, cultures, abilities, and backgrounds.
- Update and maintain accurate and confidential patient records using healthcare management systems.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance guidelines to ensure compliance with both company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and replenish phlebotomy supplies when necessary.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals while maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Completion of a certified phlebotomy training program or equivalent education in allied health (required).
- Current certification as a Phlebotomist (CPT) by an accredited body, such as the National Phlebotomy Association, ASCP, or equivalent (preferred).
- Demonstrated proficiency in blood collection techniques, including experience with diverse patient populations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
