Service Advisor - Oxford

£32,000 Basic £39,000 OTE + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time 45 Hours per Week (Including Saturday Mornings on a Rota Basis)

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer journey is smooth, efficient, and professional. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers and delivering a first-class front-of-house experience
  • Keeping customers fully informed throughout the service and repair process
  • Managing bookings, follow-ups, and customer communications proactively
  • Advising on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service plans
  • Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Building long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and attention to detail
  • Working closely with technicians and the wider aftersales team to ensure seamless vehicle handovers and collections

About You
