They are actively looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer who will be responsible for generating new business and carrying out valuations. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and driven candidate who has a proven record in generating new business who is hungry to earn lots of commission!

As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer you will be responsible for:

• Generating new business
• Carrying out valuations
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospect clients
• Carrying out viewings
• Negotiating offers

The successful Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer will have the following skill set:

• Previous experience working as an Estate Agent Valuer
• Proven track record in winning new business
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Full UK licence and car
