Our client is looking to recruit a Corporate Commercial Solicitor (5 years’ PQE) to join its Manchester team. The Role
- Depending on your background, you will support and run a broad corporate and commercial workload which may include:
- Advising owner-managed businesses, investors and senior stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements
- Supporting corporate transactions and wider business advisory work
- Working closely with colleagues across practice areas to deliver joined‑up advice
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activity
