We are hiring for our client for the role of Electrical Estimator. This position is central to the company’s growing Water division, supporting the full project lifecycle from initial specification to commissioning. Reporting to the Group Bid Manager, the Electrical Estimator will prepare accurate and competitive technical quotations, liaise with design teams and project stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered successfully. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical quotations based on client specifications.
  • Ensure quotes meet client requirements and reflect business needs.
  • Liaise with design teams and contracts managers to verify accuracy.
  • Coordinate with all project stakeholders to support successful delivery.
  • Follow ISO Quality & Environmental policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Contribute throughout the full project lifecycle from specification to commissioning.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience as an Electrical Estimator; applications from graduates with strong interest welcome.
  • Knowledge of LV or MV switchgear, associated products, PLC/SCADA integration, and instrumentation (ICA).
  • Experience in the water utility sector desirable (NI Water, Uisce Éireann).
  • Knowledge of WIMES standards and BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations advantageous.
  • Innovative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
