We are hiring for our client, a leading organisation in the Built Environment / Water sector, for a BIM Information Manager / Digital Delivery Manager. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, this role is pivotal in delivering high-quality project and asset information across the full project lifecycle.

You will lead BIM and information management activities in line with ISO 19650 standards and project EIRs, ensuring accurate, coordinated, and compliant information models from design through to commissioning and handover. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to mentor teams, drive best practice, and champion the effective use of digital tools and common data environments.

The Role:

  • Lead and coordinate Project and Asset Information Models per ISO 19650 and EIRs.
  • Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and raise design issues using Navisworks.
  • Maintain BIM models and publish asset information for design and commissioning teams.
  • Provide training and technical support on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and other tools.
  • Participate in BIM meetings and ensure actions are communicated to wider design teams.
  • Support full project lifecycle, from specification to commissioning and handover.
  • Mentor and guide design teams on BIM best practices.

The Person:

  • Engineering qualification (HNC/HND or similar).
  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar BIM or design role.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Proficient with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Plant 3D, Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards.
