The Opportunity

Residential Conveyancer – Full Caseload Ownership. You will take responsibility for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by a collaborative and highly experienced team.

  • Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload (freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases)
  • Handling files from initial instruction through to post-completion
  • Delivering excellent client service in line with the firm’s high standards
  • Utilising modern case management systems and technology
  • Supporting wider team initiatives and business development activities

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with the following experience and attributes:

  • Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ PQE (or equivalent)
  • Alternatively, an experienced Paralegal with demonstrable experience managing their own caseload
  • Strong understanding of UK residential property law and conveyancing processes
  • Proven ability to run files independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent IT skills, including case management systems
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
  • A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach
