We're working with an exceptional Michelin-starred restaurant that has established itself as one of London's leading culinary destinations. Serving elegant, high-end à la carte dishes alongside an acclaimed tasting menu, the restaurant operates across breakfast, lunch and dinner services seven days a week.

You’ll be joining a brigade of over 60 chefs from a wide range of culinary backgrounds and cultures, supporting a busy operation that serves up to 250 breakfast covers, 100 lunch covers and 150 dinner covers daily, as well as seven private dining rooms catering for intimate events and special occasions.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Supporting the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with the day‑to‑day running of a large, high‑performing kitchen brigade and the development of new dishes for both the à la carte and tasting menus
  • Assisting in the delivery of breakfast, lunch, dinner and private dining services, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained throughout
  • Leading and motivating chefs across your section while helping to coordinate a busy, multi‑service operation
  • Assisting with the training and development of junior team members
  • Helping to deliver exceptional dining experiences across the restaurant and seven private dining rooms

What we're looking for…

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a high‑quality restaurant environment
  • A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and exceptional cooking
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a busy, high‑volume service environment
  • A positive attitude and desire to continually develop your skills
