Key Responsibilities

  • Market and negotiate residential, commercial, and investment property opportunities to prospective buyers and investors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry contacts
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach activities
  • Conduct property presentations, meetings, and consultations with prospective clients
  • Manage sales progression from initial enquiry through to completion while maintaining regular communication with stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience within the UK property industry
  • Proven experience within property sales or sales negotiation roles

  • Ability to confidently engage with investors and high-net-worth individuals
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and commercially focused approach
  • Existing property sector network and knowledge of property finance or lending would be advantageous
