The Opportunity

As an Immigration Director/Partner, you will play a key role in driving growth and shaping the strategic direction of the Immigration practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a profitable Immigration practice, leveraging your existing client relationships
  • Drive business development initiatives and expand the firm’s market presence
  • Build and maintain long-term client and referrer relationships
  • Provide technical leadership on a broad range of corporate and private immigration matters
  • Mentor and develop junior lawyers, contributing to a high-performing and collaborative team culture
  • Contribute to firm-wide strategy, thought leadership and brand positioning

About You

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially minded Immigration lawyer with a proven track record at senior level.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
  • 10+ years’ PQE with substantial UK practice experience in Immigration law
  • Demonstrable experience operating at Legal Director or Partner level
  • Strong, portable client following with consistent billing history
  • Proven ability to win work, grow revenue and build a sustainable practice
  • In-depth technical expertise across:
    • Corporate immigration (Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licences, Global Mobility)
    • High net worth and private client immigration matters
    • Compliance and advisory work
  • Exceptional business development and networking skills
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing or mentoring teams
