We are seeking a pragmatic Energy Construction Partner to join a thriving Clean Energy Construction team. The ideal candidate will have proven non-contentious construction experience ideally from the clean energy sector.

Role Overview:

This rewarding position involves multi-disciplinary collaboration across multiple offices with a collegiate team of high profile Partners. You'll be supported by an impressive broader team of lawyers from diverse practice areas, such as real estate, corporate, finance, environment, planning and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating BESS Supply Agreements with leading BESS manufacturers
  • Managing EPC contracts, O&Ms, and LTSAs
  • Handling component warranties
  • Overseeing clean energy project developments, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Contributing to business development

Experience with technologies such as BESS, solar PV, wind, hydro, energy-from-waste, bio gas, hydrogen, EV charging infrastructure, and/or district heating is advantageous.
