Location: Flexible – Multiple Office Locations Across the UK

Are you a legal professional with a passion for clean energy and infrastructure? Our client, a leading law firm with a strong presence in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a pragmatic Construction Partner to join their collegiate team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of energy transition, advising on high-impact projects across technologies such as battery storage, solar, wind, hydrogen, and more. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior legal experts and cross-disciplinary teams whilst contributing to the development, acquisition, and operation of cutting-edge energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and long-term service arrangements
  • Advising on component warranties and supply chain agreements with global manufacturers
  • Supporting transactional work including project acquisitions and disposals
  • Providing legal insight on a range of clean energy technologies and infrastructure models
  • Collaborating with specialists in real estate, corporate, finance, planning, and dispute resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven senior experience in construction law
  • Exposure to clean energy or infrastructure sectors preferred
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations and disciplines
  • Familiarity with technologies such as BESS, solar PV, wind, hydrogen, or EV infrastructure is a plus.
