Are you an ambitious Chef De Partie looking to develop your skills within one of London's most respected fine dining kitchens? We're recruiting on behalf of an exceptional Michelin-starred restaurant renowned for its elegant cuisine, impeccable standards and commitment to developing talented chefs. The restaurant serves sophisticated a la carte dishes alongside a highly regarded tasting menu and welcomes guests throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
You'll become part of a large and diverse brigade of over 60 chefs, gaining exposure to a busy operation serving up to 250 breakfast covers, 100 lunch covers and 150 dinner covers daily, as well as exclusive private dining experiences across seven beautifully appointed dining rooms.

What you'll be doing…
- Running your section during service and ensuring consistently high standards across both à la carte and tasting menu offerings
- Preparing and presenting dishes to an exceptional level using high-quality seasonal ingredients
- Supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner and private dining services as required
- Working closely with senior chefs to maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy services
- Contributing to a positive, professional and collaborative kitchen culture

- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within a quality-led kitchen
- A genuine passion for hospitality and fine dining
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to perform well under pressure in a busy service environment
