Job Responsibilities:

As Ward Manager, your role will be to co-ordinate the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment. You will have the opportunity to participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct patient care as well as managing delivery of clinical services within a ward, and ensuring it complies with statutory regulations, current legislation and meets quality standards. You will also have a key role in providing supervision and support and helping to develop and progress the staff working within the ward.
