Help shape a busy, growing conveyancing team. Our client’s property team is busier than ever, with a strong flow of residential sales, leasehold matters and more complex refinancing work. This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who wants high-quality instructions, a sensible work-life balance, and the chance to genuinely influence how the residential function develops.
The Opportunity
You’ll handle residential conveyancing matters end-to-end, delivering excellent client service while helping the team continue to grow and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential transactions from instruction to completion
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and leasehold matters efficiently
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients on conveyancing issues and risk
- Conduct title investigations and deal with Land Registry applications
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors to progress matters smoothly
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
About You (Requirements)
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 4 years’ PQE with strong, current UK residential conveyancing experience
- Strong technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold, including sales, purchases and remortgages
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Proactive, commercially minded and able to manage deadlines confidently
- Ambition to develop and contribute to the wider success and growth of the team
Location & Working Arrangement
Harrow area (North West London). Working arrangement to be confirmed, with flexibility available where appropriate.
Salary & Benefits
- £55,000–£75,000 (dependent on experience)
