A respected independent estate agency in Chertsey is seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join its busy residential sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and working within a target-driven environment.
Location: Chertsey, KT16 9BG
Salary: OTE: £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Generating and converting valuation opportunities to attract new property instructions
- Registering, qualifying, and maintaining relationships with applicants and vendors
- Arranging and conducting property viewings while providing professional advice throughout the sales process
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes
- Promoting ancillary services including conveyancing and financial services
- Monitoring personal performance against targets and maintaining accurate activity records and reports
Qualifications:
- Previous estate agency experience, ideally within residential sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver exceptional customer service
- Good knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity
- Understanding of relevant legislation including the Estate Agents Act and Consumer Protection regulations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
