Are you looking to kick-start your career and shape your future in the property industry? We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic Junior Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Chepstow. Working directly alongside the company’s Directors, you’ll gain practical experience and one-to-one mentoring across all aspects of residential estate agency.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Assisting with sales progression and liaising with solicitors, clients, and buyers
  • Booking valuations and coordinating property viewings
  • Making customer care calls and gathering feedback
  • Supporting marketing efforts and lead generation
  • Learning how to manage and update the CRM system
  • Providing excellent customer service in person, by phone, and email
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations
  • Working every other Saturday (with a day off during the week)

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Positive telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Organised with high attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn
  • A genuine interest in the property industry
