We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic Junior Estate Agent to join our expanding team in Chepstow. Working directly alongside the company’s Directors, you’ll gain practical experience and one-to-one mentoring across all aspects of residential estate agency.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Assisting with sales progression and liaising with solicitors, clients, and buyers
- Booking valuations and coordinating property viewings
- Making customer care calls and gathering feedback
- Supporting marketing efforts and lead generation
- Learning how to manage and update the CRM system
- Providing excellent customer service in person, by phone, and email
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
- Working every other Saturday (with a day off during the week)
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Positive telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Organised with high attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn
- A genuine interest in the property industry
