A Land & New Homes Consultant is required to join a growing land and development team based in Chelmsford. This role involves supporting land acquisition activity, identifying opportunities, and assisting with the progression of sites through the development pipeline.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior land professionals and the new homes team to research potential sites, assess development opportunities, and engage with landowners and developers. This position offers exposure to the full lifecycle of land and residential development, from initial identification through to planning and eventual build and sale stages.

- Use LandInsight and mapping tools to identify and evaluate potential sites
- Maintain and update internal databases with land opportunities and site information
- Arrange and attend site visits, inspections, and meetings with landowners alongside senior colleagues
- Support networking activity with developers and industry contacts to build relationships and generate opportunities
