We are looking for talented Chef de Parties who thrive in busy, innovative kitchens, where guests watch the brigade in action, and standards are visible at every pass. This restaurant is renowned for its global flavours, premium ingredients and bold, contemporary cooking. Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie:
- Run your section with authority, organisation and consistency
- Deliver high-quality dishes at pace during high-volume service
- Maintain immaculate mise en place and section control
- Work confidently in a theatre-style, guest-facing environment
- Support Commis and Demi CDPs in maintaining brigade standards
- Uphold five-star hygiene, discipline and presentation at all times
