The Role
You will join an experienced and collaborative team advising on a varied caseload of landlord and tenant matters. The role will involve:
- Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant of new leases

- Providing strategic, commercially minded advice to clients
You will have responsibility for your own files while also working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions.

- 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong landlord and tenant experience
- Comfortable managing matters with minimal supervision
- Commercially aware with strong client care skills
