My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over many years. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Burntwood where you will be registering applicants, booking viewings and valuations, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.
Main Duties
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
- Progressing sales to completion
