We’re partnering with a truly stunning 5-star country estate in Northumberland that is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join their senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a luxury hospitality operation, where you will have real influence over the financial direction of the business. Working closely with the directors, you’ll play a key part in shaping strategy, driving profitability, and ensuring the estate continues to operate at the highest level.

Leading a small and capable finance team, this role offers the chance to combine hands-on financial management with high-level commercial insight within a prestigious and fast-paced hospitality environment.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Head of Finance:

  • £50,000 per annum plus a £10,000 bonus

Responsibilities as the Head of Finance:

  • Overseeing all financial operations across the estate
  • Providing clear financial insights and reporting to the directors

  • Managing and mentoring a finance team of three

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Have strong financial leadership experience, ideally within hospitality
  • Are confident in presenting financial insights to senior leadership
  • Have experience with systems such as Sage, Procure Wizard, Access Payroll or Guestline (advantageous)
  • Are commercially minded and focused on improving financial performance
  • Are currently a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role

This could also be a brilliant step up for a strong Financial Controller looking to move into a Head of Finance position within a luxury hospitality environment.
