We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our fast‑paced logistics operation in Cambridge. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a strong understanding of warehouse processes, particularly in returns and reverse supply chains. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reverse logistics area, ensuring all processes run efficiently and in line with company standards.

Key Duties:

  • Supervise daily reverse logistics operations including product returns, inspections, and reallocation.
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy for returned goods.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. customer service, transport, inventory control) to streamline the returns process.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
  • Provide hands‑on support when needed, including the training and onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required.

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory warehouse role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A proactive approach with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
  • IT literacy – confident using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends if required.
