Job Title: Property Manager

Salary: £33,000 per annum

An experienced Property Manager is required to oversee a shared portfolio of residential properties in Bushey, ensuring properties are maintained efficiently while delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Manage the day-to-day operation of a shared residential property portfolio
- Coordinate maintenance issues and instruct contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving issues promptly
- Oversee rent collection, landlord payments, rent guarantees and property reporting
- Conduct property visits, mid-term inspections and manage tenancy check-outs and deposit disputes
- Ensure all properties remain compliant with current legislation, safety regulations and statutory requirements
Requirements (Skills & Experience)
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Good understanding of lettings procedures and property management legislation
- Experience dealing with maintenance issues, safety certificates and legal notices, including Section 8 notices
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
