We're thrilled to be supporting one of the most stylish and unique hotels in the Cotswolds as they look for a confident and personable Restaurant Manager to lead their relaxed yet refined dining operation. The hotel is home to a lively open‐kitchen restaurant that showcases quality British produce with a creative twist, all served up in a vibrant and informal setting. If you're passionate about hospitality, great food, and warm, friendly service, this one's for you!
Due to the hotel's countryside location, having your own transport is essential.
You'll be wondering what's in it for you as the Restaurant Manager:

- Working 40 hours a week across 5 days
- 30 days holiday per year (rising to 35 after 5 years)

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager:
- Leading and motivating the front‐of‐house team to deliver friendly, polished service
- Creating an upbeat, guest‐focused atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Collaborating with the Head Chef and hotel leadership to ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations
- Managing rotas, training, stock and service standards
- Helping to shape and elevate the restaurant's identity through a hands‐on, proactive approach
- Being the face of the restaurant and building strong relationships with guests
