We're thrilled to be supporting one of the most stylish and unique hotels in the Cotswolds as they look for a confident and personable Restaurant Manager to lead their relaxed yet refined dining operation. The hotel is home to a lively open‐kitchen restaurant that showcases quality British produce with a creative twist, all served up in a vibrant and informal setting. Due to the hotel's countryside location, having your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager:

  • Leading and motivating the front‐of‐house team to deliver friendly, polished service

  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and hotel leadership to ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations
  • Managing rotas, training, stock and service standards
