We are seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join a busy Residential Lettings team in Bracknell. This role is ideal for a property professional who enjoys working in a target-focused environment and building strong client relationships.

Salary: OTE: £40,000 per annum

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lets through to completion
  • Build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process
  • Complete administration and ensure compliance procedures are followed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience within residential lettings preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
