Seascape is one of the South’s leading providers of grant funded disabled adaptations within Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. We provide the skilled delivery of level access shower rooms, adapted kitchens and sanitary wear, within both social housing and private homes. Seascape is a wholly owned subsidiary of BCP Council, which provides construction services. We provide full training for candidates looking to make the transition from the installation of standard bathrooms to Wetrooms.

What we are looking for…

  • Passionate people who have worked on the installation of adapted living aids, preferably the installation of level access shower rooms, which may include the digging and screeding of concrete floors.
  • A proven track record as a multi trade person with a strong background in the installation of bathrooms, including tiling, boxing and the installation of sanitary wear.
  • Qualified, level two or greater in plumbing and heating or equivalent.
  • Great understanding of WRAS Water Supply Regs or proven time served in a multi trade role.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on your own as well as within our well-established Adaptations Team.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and work from detailed plans.
  • Positive work ethic, practical attitude and a commitment to the delivery of a first-class service.
  • Experience of providing excellent communication to homeowners and tenants alike.
