Key Responsibilities
- Winning new instructions and listing residential properties for sale
- Carrying out accurate market appraisals and property valuations
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities within the local area
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
- Achieving and exceeding agreed instruction and performance targets
- Representing the company professionally and delivering exceptional customer service
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable track record of winning instructions and securing listings
- Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Professional, articulate, and highly presentable manner
- Ambitious, self‑motivated, and target‑driven approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and competitive sales environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
